Surf Life Saving Bangladesh (SLSB) is a recognized model surf life saving organization in Bangladesh, founded in 2014 by Mohammad Saifullah Sifat, an experienced beach lifeguard And Surfing instructor. From its inception, SLSB has been dedicated to youth development, water safety, and lifesaving sports, with a mission to prevent unintended deaths and promote a safer aquatic environment. As a completely apolitical organization, it focuses on uplifting underprivileged beach boys and girls by imparting essential lifesaving skills, fostering teamwork, and building confidence through a structured approach to water safety and sports.
